It is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people who hold a lot of tension in their lowerback, shoulders and neck.During Swedish massage I use a combination of kneading, long strokes, deep circular movements and tapping techniques called taptotement. I offer frankincense or arnica oils for muscle soreness. Unscented cream being the base for all my services. I will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals.

I wanted to be a masssage therapist 20 years ago but life took me in a different direction. This past year I was able to attend the Massage Therapy Program at Craven Community College and shortly afterwards got my NC LMBT license. I am committed to ongoing education and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in massage therapy.
